Shipping & Returns
Returns:
- Returns can be made within 14 days of receipt of order and with complete packing slip. The date of postmark applies in this case.
- Sale items from 60% discount, cannot be returned.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags attached. Of course you are free to send as compactly as possible so that it saves return costs.
- However, items such as shoes, lifestyle items that are in a box or plastic bag must be returned in their original packaging.
- PLEASE NOTE! If the order has been shipped for free and you want to return part of the order so that the final order amount falls below the free shipping limit, then the free shipping will expire. These costs of €4,50 will be deducted from the return amount.
- The costs for the return shipment are for the sender.
- After receipt of the return shipment, we check the returned items and we refund the purchase amount (including shipping costs for the outward shipment - if the entire order is returned) within 10 working days, depending on the chosen payment option.
- Items must be unworn and undamaged. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be taken back. The articles are also not taken back if they have been washed, if a defect has been attempted to be repaired, the instructions for use / instructions for use have not been followed.
- For returns from abroad (outside the EU), all additional costs such as customs clearance and customs costs will be borne by the sender. These will be deducted from the amount to be returned.
- You may also return the items in the store (Wednesday to Saturday), the purchase amount will be refunded in the manner with which payment was made.

Shipping within the Netherlands:
- For orders under €100, the shipping costs are €4,50.
- We do not charge shipping costs for orders over €100.
- PLEASE NOTE! If the order has been shipped for free and you want to return part of the order so that the final order amount falls below the free shipping limit, then the free shipping will expire. These costs of €4,50 will be deducted from the return amount.
- Orders placed (and paid for) on working days before 12:00 noon are usually shipped the same day. However, during sales and new launches, there may be a delay in delivery. If you would like to receive your shipment as soon as possible, please call us.
- We ship with GLS. They deliver from Monday - Friday. Shipments are traceable and fall under the standard liability of GLS. Orders placed on Friday after 12 noon or on the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. Exceptions apply for national holidays.
Pick up from the store:
Pick up in our store is also possible. You will receive a WhatsApp from us as soon as the order is ready with the pick-up address. We are open from wednesday - saturday.

TAX FREE
Tax Free applies to non-EU countries. No VAT will be charged for orders and shipments to these countries. This will be automatically settled, after choosing the country.
It is possible that you will receive an additional surcharge for import duties and VAT when you receive the package. These costs are not included in the Kids Department shipping costs. For more information about this, it is best to contact the local customs.
